Customers outside the USA can now purchase the NextStepIP system on-line! By ordering you acknowledge the following:

  • Due to the different Internet providers, networks and hardware around the world we are unable to guarantee if the NextStepIP system will work as advertised in your setup.

  • We may not be able to provide you useful support due to our unfamiliarity with your internet provider, network, hardware or other issues.

  • The included camera power adapter is intended for USA style (120v) plugs only. We do not supply any converters or alternate power adapters.

  • Should you wish to return the system, you are responsible for all return shipping costs regardless of the reason for the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes or fees that may be due in your country when you take delivery of the commercial merchandise.
