The digital revolution is here! Never again worry about interference! Summer Infant's Digital Video Baby Monitor with Temperature Sensing uses Digital 2.4 GHz.
As long as the camera is in range the signal will always be clear and static free. You also get the piece of mind of full digital security. Your camera is linked specifically to your monitor so no one else can view your cameras unlike with older analog systems.
Ever wonder if your baby's room is too hot or too cold? Worry no more! A built-in thermometer on the back of your camera transmits real-time temperature data to your monitor. The monitor has an easy-to-read LCD readout right on the front displaying the temperature at all times.
The neatest feature is this display changes color based on the temperature of your baby's room. Blue for too cold when below 67°F. Yellow for recommended temperature 67°F to 73°F. Then it turns Red for too warm at above 73°F.
A unique feature is the ability to turn off the video screen and use the system as an audio only monitor. Customers really enjoy it especially at night time. The 1.8" LCD monitor provides a great picture as well.
A graphic audio meter is featured on the monitor which allows you to see the level of your baby's sounds. It also features a folding stand and belt clip. A low battery indicator and brightness adjustment are a few additional extras.
The camera design allows for wall mounting or placement on any flat surface. The camera lens can be tilted and swiveled, and a microphone is built in. 8 infrared illuminators provide Night Vision, and a light sensor automatically turns on and off the night vision mode as needed.
Power for the monitor is supplied by the included AC Adapter or rechargeable 6v battery pack (also included). The camera is powered by the supplied AC adapter only. Reception range is 350 ft with clear line of site, or approx 150 ft obstructed.
