The Summer Infant video baby monitor is a great system. Its 900 MHz frequency means this system will not be interfered with by 2.4 GHz cordless phones or wireless computer networks.
Two selectable channels allows for the Addition of a Second Camera. Channel switching is done manually on the monitor. The large 2.5" color delivers clear and sharp images.
A unique feature is the ability to turn off the video screen and use the system as an audio only monitor. This is a feature not found on many other systems, and customers really enjoy it.
A graphic audio meter is featured on the monitor which allows you to see the level of your baby's sounds. It also features a folding stand and belt clip. A headphone and RCA audio/video outputs are also provided. A low battery indicator and brightness adjustment are a few additional extras.
The innovative camera design allows for wall mounting or placement on any flat surface. Power for the monitor is supplied by the included AC Adapter or rechargeable 6v battery pack (also included). The camera is powered by the supplied AC adapter only. Reception range is 350 ft with clear line of site, or approx 100 ft obstructed.
