Now you can have the same Pan-n-Tilt features found in the most expensive professional systems, all right in an affordable baby monitor!
Built-in servo motors in the camera rotate the lens vertically and horizontally at the push of a button on the monitor. The camera lens can be rotated 270 degrees horizontally (3/4 of a full circle). Vertically the camera can be aimed over a range of 120 degrees.
Use the four directional buttons on the monitor like a joystick to move the camera up and down and side to side. Or hit the auto button and the camera rotates back and forth horizontally through its full range several times.
With traditional systems if you wanted to view something out of the camera's field of view you either had to physically re-aim the camera or add a second camera. Now with the GosCam Pan-n-Tilt System one camera can be rotated to see almost an entire room, outperforming even three or more traditional cameras!
The monitor provides a large color 2.5" LCD screen for great clarity. Listen in using the speaker or the headphone output with the supplied ear-bud style headphones. A foldable stand on the monitor allows you to sit the monitor upright on any flat surface.
With three channels, you can add up to two more Additional Cameras. Control each camera camera individually using the monitor, and even power them on and off remotely. An optional Camera Wall Mount ($19 Option) is available to increase your placement options.
Manually switch between cameras or Auto-Scan between all channels at 8 second intervals. Note, auto-scan cycles through all 3 channels regardless if cameras are present. If you only have two cameras, the third channel will be static in auto-scan. Channel indicator lights let you know which channel you are actively viewing.
Monitor power is provided by the AC adapter (Included), or four AAA batteries (Not Included). The monitor can also be put into "audio only" mode, turning off the screen but still allowing you to listen to the audio from the camera.
The system's reception range is 300 ft with clear line of site, or approx 100 ft obstructed. The Pan-n-Tilt camera is intended for indoors use only and is powered by the supplied AC adapter. 8 built-in infrared illuminators on the camera provide Night Vision.
