Our 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means if you encounter any defects, or decide the product is not for you, simply return it for an exchange or refund. The 30 day guarantee is valid for 30 days after the date of purchase, not the date the goods were received.
After 30 days have passed from the date of sale, the purchase is final and no returns or exchanges will be allowed. If you are past 30 days and have a defective issue your system may be covered by a manufacturer warranty, please see warranty info at the bottom of this page. The following are important notes regarding the 30 day return/exchange policy:
If you are encountering issues with a product purchased from us please Contact Us first. The majority of the time the issue is a simple one that can be easily corrected. Also see our Knowledge Base which has answers to many common issues.
- Original & Return Shipping Is Non-Refundable
- All Returns Must Have Original Product Box, Packaging, Manuals & Accessories
- Returns Missing Items Or Damaged, Including Damage To Packaging, Are Subject To A Minimum Restocking Fee of 12%.
- A Higher Restocking Fee May Be Imposed Based On Items Missing And Severity Of Damage.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA) Is Required
Summer Infant Products: If you have any issues with a Summer Infant product, including damaged or defective items, you must contact Summer Infant customer support directly at (800) 268-6237 or CustomerService@SummerInfant.com. They will resolve your issue and provide a prompt exchange if necessary. NextStepBabyMonitors is unable to exchange Summer Infant products as apart of our agreement with Summer Infant, Inc.
To Return Or Exchange An Item: Within 30 days of the sale Contact Us and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Only returns with an RA number will be processed.
Our Right To Refuse Exchange: If you return a non-defective system, the chances are good you will return another. NextStepBabyMonitors reserves the right to refuse a request for an exchange at anytime.
Baby Registry: If you return a system purchased under our registry program and it is not defective, the purchaser will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Also, see our right to refuse a request to exchange to another system above.
The majority of our products come with extended warranties (See below). Models with warranties will have warranty information in the user manual or on a warranty card. Procedures and requirements for sending in your product under warranty vary with the manufacturer. It is common for a $15-20 service fee to be required with a warranty exchange to cover shipping and processing. Please contact the manufacturers directly with any warranty questions.
