The DaisyCam is a breath of fresh air compared to standard camera designs. The lens is mounted in the flower on top of a flex stem allowing you to move and pose the camera in any direction.
Eight night nights are also on the flower which are turned on and off with a touch to the stem. The base of the DaisyCam is a padded spring loaded clip, so it can be clipped onto a railing for example. The camera can also be sat on any flat surface.
The color matched monitor provides a large color 2.5" LCD screen for great clarity. Listen in using the speaker or the headphone output with the supplied ear-bud style headphones. A foldable stand on the monitor allows you to sit the monitor upright on any flat surface or clip it to your belt.
With four channels, you can add up to three more Additional Cameras. Manually switch between cameras using the channel button on the monitor. Channel indicator lights let you know which channel you are actively viewing.
Monitor power is provided by AC power or the included rechargeable battery. The battery provides approx 70 mins of use on a full charge and is good for short excursions from AC power (i.e yard work, etc).
The system's reception range is 300 ft with clear line of site, or approx 100 ft obstructed. The DaisyCam is intended for indoors use only and is powered by the supplied AC adapter. 8 built-in infrared illuminators on the camera provide Night Vision.
